Edifecs leaders will share deep expertise for approaching compliance strategically

BELLEVUE, Wash. – November 3, 2025 Edifecs, a Cotiviti business, is participating in the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) 2025 National Conference, taking place November 4-6, 2025. Edifecs subject matter experts will lead a series of educational and technology sessions exploring strategies to advance interoperability, enhance compliance, and drive value through innovation.

Kevin Day, principal business advisor, Edifecs, was recently named co-chair of The Sequoia Project Privacy and Consent Workgroup, adding to his existing position as Co-Lead of the HL7/FAST Consent Management IG workgroup. Day will be presenting at this year’s WEDI National Conference, bringing his expertise in shaping interoperability standards to The Sequoia Project to help payers and providers meet evolving state and federal requirements while improving patient experience.

The WEDI National Conference gathers healthcare leaders, policymakers, and innovators to address the evolving challenges of health information exchange. The 2025 program will focus on interoperability, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, prior authorization, and data equity, offering practical insights and strategies that advance industry collaboration and compliance.
