Trainee-HR

What you will do:

  • Will be a front face of the company to provide outstanding experience to new hire and completing end to end formalities related to joining
  • Will learn end to end campus recruitment process and coordination
  • Will learn to create sundry letters, offer letter of extension and conversion cases
  • Will perform administrative work, i.e. maintaining files, HRIS & data management
  • Will work with external vendor to Initiate and administer background checks & follow-up tracking
  • Will work closely with P&C partner during insurance renewal
  • Will be handling employee queries i.e. insurance, bank account, system etc.
  • Will coordinate with P&C partner to complete the termination process
  • Will perform other related HR operations duties as required and assigned

What you will bring:

  • Ability to deliver high standard results quickly.
  • Exposure and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of relevant experience.
  • Good relationship management skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and be proactive
  • A Master's Degree in MBA from a reputed University
