Operations Coordinator


Edifecs is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the seamless operation of our Corporate Office located in Bellevue, Washington.  This is a key role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, employees and executives and will also assists with the daily functions of office management. This is an opportunity to utilize your exceptional customer service, strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills while handling administrative tasks as needed.

What you will do:

  • Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and internal employees in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Interacting with all levels of executives and clients on a daily basis, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for answering and carefully screening phone calls; relaying messages to appropriate staff members
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in sometimes stressful contacts with callers and guests.
  • Respond to routine and non-routine inquiries, and assist with administrative support to facilitate the workflow as needed (Fed Ex, UPS, Car Service, Messengers).
  • Own and update material included in the Operations Monthly Review Dashboard. Collect, analyze, assemble, track and improve management reporting and status reporting activities.
  • Lead and Manage all internal and external Operations vendors and communication.
  • Conducts special projects related to Operations and responsible for building and managing relationships with US associates.
  • Plan and executive travel arrangements for guests and team members.

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years successfully providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. 
  • Ability to interact closely with clients, staff and others with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to analyze administrative processes and suggest improvements or efficiencies.
  • Ability to multi-task and be a proactive communicator.
