Finance Manager


We lead the industry in the breadth and depth of how we support our customers—by becoming an extension of their internal team.The Finance team is looking for an experienced Finance Manager, who is eager to step in and make an immediate impact in our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely organized, and a motivated self-starter. The Finance Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks within the Finance organization, including developing and maintaining financial forecasts and reports, financial modeling, data governance and stewardship activities as well as all other monthly and quarterly management reporting.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and preparation of monthly and quarterly management and Board financial reports and analyses
  • Support the development of the annual budget and long-range forecasting process
  • Develop and maintain financial models including the company’s 3 statement long range forecast
  • Lead or support special analytical projects and ad hoc analyses
  • Identify and implement improvements across financial reporting processes
  • Participate in the selection and development of a corporate financial planning system
  • Coordinate data governance and stewardship activities


What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, MBA preferred
  • Advanced reporting and financial modeling capabilities (Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex data into powerful insights
  • Proven track record of being able to collaborate across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and be comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, working independently and adapting to changing business needs
  • Desired skills and experiences:
    • Experience working in a SaaS company and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics
    • Investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience
    • Experience working for a private equity backed business
    • Experience implementing or working with financial planning and reporting tools, experience with NetSuite
