Edifecs Services team is dedicated first and foremost to getting customers into production with the Edifecs products and solutions, and keeping them running smoothly with minimal disruptions.

Edifecs uses state-of-the-art customer management systems to log, track, and resolve issues, providing levels of accountability, traceability, and visibility our customers require in supporting their mission-critical business processes.

Support engineers draw from their own product knowledge, as well as from the customer's domain expertise, to help meet the customer's objectives. These highly-skilled support engineers are well-versed not only in Edifecs technologies, but also in a broad spectrum of third-party platforms and applications.

Formal escalation guidelines ensure problem reports are resolved in a timely manner with the proper level of visibility. Critical issues are reviewed daily and weekly by senior management. Edifecs ServiceDesk, a customer service portal, is designed to help customers resolve issues that involve Edifecs products. It enables customers to search a database of known issues and fixes.
