It enables the high level of traceability, accountability, and visibility that is required by our customers to support their mission-critical business processes.

Service Request Center

    Users can obtain up-to-date status reports on all service requests that have been initiated by any assigned contact from their company. Users can submit new service requests, provide and receive updates on existing requests, and review their support history.
  • Known Issues
    Full listing of all known issues by product for which hot fixes are available.

Knowledge Base

  • Knowledge base
    Library of support information available for self-service access and review. Includes access to a knowledge base of alerts, FAQs, technical notes, solutions, documentation, and more. Also includes answers to common questions, and fixes and workarounds for common problems.
  • Product Matrix
    Allows customers to view the list of Edifecs products, solutions, portal services as well as get detailed information about production functionality, system requirements, and supported platforms.
  • Software Download Center
    Central point for downloading all Edifecs software. Includes new releases, upgrades and maintenance releases.
  • Service Packs
    Listing of available service packs, including the option to subscribe for automatic notification of new releases.
  • Best Practices
    Edifecs comprehensive best practices methodology based on thousands of successful implementations.
