How do I find the standards on Edifecs CommerceDesk Online website?
You can go to www.edifecs.com and click on the Edifecs CommerceDesk Online banner, or you can go directly to the Log-In screen by following the link below: http://www.edifecs.com/login.jsp
Once logged in, go to CommerceDesk Online tab, click on “Welcome” to view list of standards on left column bar.
What standards are included?
Standards available for browsing: X12 up to version 4060, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS.
If you need to view additional standards or have access to other versions, please contact Edifecs at info@edifecs.com and we will consider this request and related pricing considerations.
Is there a charge for this service?
Yes, CommerceDesk Online is a fee-based online service at a rate of $300 per year.
How do I set up an account?
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to www.edifecs.com and click on the box that says ‘Edifecs CommerceDesk Online’
- One of the options youll have is to ‘Register for this service’
- Complete the Registration Form and then click ‘Submit’
- Print the Registration Form, as youll need to send this along with your payment to:

What are the ‘Scope of Use’ limitations?
Your subscription allows you to browse limited versions for three Standards (X12, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS). If you need to view additional standards or have access to other versions, please contact Edifecs at info@edifecs.com and we will consider this request and related pricing considerations.
How long may I use CommerceDesk Online?
Once you pay the annual subscription fee, your account will be active for one year. You may renew the subscription annually by following the instructions for renewal on the Edifecs website.

Can I create an implementation guideline using Edifecs CommerceDesk Online?
No, Edifecs CommerceDesk Online will only allow you to view standards database. If you need to create custom guidelines, please contact us at info@edifecs.com. We do offer other tools for this purpose.

Once you are activated as a customer, you may contact our help desk at support@edifecs.com.
When will I receive my password?
Your password will be sent by e-mail within two business days following receipt of payment.
How do I pay for this service and where do I send my payment?
You may pay by credit card, check, or electronic transfer. If paying by check, please print a copy of the Registration Confirmation and mail it along with your check to:
