The Congressional Budget Office estimates that around 12 million people will begin purchasing health insurance through online marketplaces known as Health Insurance Exchanges, or HIXs.

FEB 28, 2013 A new study released by Edifecs reveals concerns over the government’s ability to run effective Health Insurance Exchanges. The survey of 125 healthcare executives found that 95 percent of respondents plan to participate in an exchange at the state or federal level.
